• Superior Temperature Control: Equipped with PID controllers, this oven delivers precise temperature regulation with a temperature range of RT + 25°C to 300°C. Temperature fluctuations are limited to ±0.3°C, and temperature uniformity is maintained within ±1%, providing consistent and accurate heat treatment.

• Efficient & Reliable Design: The stainless steel high-speed heater ensures rapid heating with a quick heat-up time of just 30 minutes. The fiberglass wool insulation and centrifugal fan air circulation system work together to guarantee optimal energy efficiency and temperature uniformity across the chamber.

• Durable Construction: The full-welded stainless steel chambers and cold-rolled exterior sheet with powder coating ensure durability and easy cleaning. The inner chamber is made of SUS#201 stainless steel plate, with SUS#304 used when the temperature exceeds 200°C for enhanced resistance to corrosion.

• Enhanced Safety & Control: Designed with phase sequence protection, overheat protection, overcurrent protection, and overload protection, ensuring safe and smooth operation at all times. The button-type digital display controller allows easy operation and real-time monitoring of oven status.

• Adjustable Shelving: The oven comes with two height-adjustable loading shelves for flexible space management and better organization of materials during processing.
