- Temperature Test:From extreme cold to high temperature, -70°C (-94°F) ~ +180°C (+356°F), others can be customised.
- Humidity Test:High temperatures and humidity such as 85°C/85%, 10% to 95% relative humidity, and 10°C to 85°C. Some tests do not require humidity testing, and some savings can be made by purchasing a chamber without humidity control.
- Rapid Temperature Change Test:A test method that evaluates the effect of rapid temperature changes on a product over a relatively short period of time. (3°C/min ~ 20°C/min)，Non-linear temperature change rates up to 30°C/min.
- Thermal Shock Test:Tests the impact resistance of a product under extreme transient temperature conditions within 10 seconds.
- High Altitude Low Air Pressure Test:Simulate high altitude（50000m） conditions to test the performance of the product under different air pressures.
- Pressure Cooker Test：This is an accelerated stress test method used to simulate high temperature, saturated humidity (100% RH) and high pressure environments. It ensures that the product can work properly in a humid environment.
- Highly Accelerated Stress Test：It is an accelerated aging test method that simulates high temperature, high humidity and high pressure environments. The relative humidity can be adjusted (75% RH~100% RH) to simulate different humid environments.
- Salt Spray Test : A widely used method of assessing the corrosion resistance of materials and coatings that simulates the effects of a salt water environment on a product.
- Dust Test: Simulate sandstorms and other harsh environments, used to test the dustproof performance of the product shell. Mainly IP5X and IP6X dustproof level for testing.
- Waterproof test: simulate different degrees of water impact, from IPX1 to IPX9K protection level. To ensure that the product can work properly in wet or watery environments.
